We are Linyi Brick Mate Machinery Co., Ltd. Starting back in 1999, our whole team has focused on developing, making and selling construction machinery right here in China.

 

Our plant covers a 16,000 square meter workshop, with over 300 staff on board. Thirty of our team are skilled technicians with expertise across different technical areas. We have all kinds of precision processing machines and full sets of testing & inspection tools. With solid technical experience and complete production gear, we build block machines our clients can rely on for years.

Every machine we make follows strict hands-on production steps to guarantee sturdy build quality:We cut all steel sheets with laser cutters, so every part is sized with no dimensional errors. Before any welding work, we polish steel surfaces and clear away rust thoroughly. Regular parts are welded with CO₂ shielded welding, while all key stress points are welded by robotic arms to ensure uniform, strong welds. The entire machine frame goes through shot blasting to fully remove surface rust.

 

Our vibration boxes are cast as one solid piece, fitted with large imported bearings that help the vibration unit last far longer.We build machines using modular assembly methods. This simple assembly style makes future repairs much cheaper and easier over the equipment’s service life. Our steel frames follow the proven heavy-duty design standards widely trusted in Quanzhou, using extra thick steel plates for stable, tough structure. For outer finishing, we use premium automotive paint that holds up well against outdoor wear and fading.

 

All motors fitted are brand new genuine units. Buyers can pick Indramat motors or servo motors based on their needs. For control systems, we use Siemens PLC modules and matching touch screens, paired with reliable domestically-made frequency converters from top Chinese manufacturers.
